We, the Exchange Membership Services team ensure that our costumers are granted to have access to the EEX markets as fast and efficiently as possible. Customer satisfaction is close to our heart, but equally important are well-structured and secure processes, as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. We work closely together with many teams within the EEX Group community, commodity exchanges across Europe and clients from all over the world. We continuously strive to improve processes and systems, and to extend the portfolio of products and services for our members even further.

Your tasks:
As an Exchange Membership Manager, you are a
* Multi-tasker: You work on several different processes at the same time, respond to internal and external clients in a timely manner, collaborate with international project teams to further improve service depths and service quality within EEX Group.
* Client-supporter: You support our clients throughout the onboarding process and throughout their membership at EEX. Performing technical member & user setups and related administrative tasks based on pre-defined processes and checklists is part of the job.
* Forward-thinker: You take challenges as an opportunity and collaborate with others to improve processes & systems.
* Problem-solver: You stay calm and focused in challenging situations and constructively support conflict resolution. You act as an advocate for our international client base and know how and where to address a problem when it occurs.

You bring along:
* Degree in business, economics, or finance and experience in a similar position in banking, energy/ commodity markets and/ or economics
* Customer orientation, open mindedness, high flexibility, and determination
* Structured, self-dependent, efficient, and pro-active way of working with a passion for details and complex tasks
* You are familiar with conceptual and agile working methods, able to think in solutions and are keen to optimize processes & systems.
* A personal attitude of being self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with internal and external partners
* Strong skills in MS-Office, especially Excel
* Excellent communication and language skills both written and verbal in German and English; French or other languages are highly desirable
