Key Responsibilities • Utilize ChatGPT Pro for comprehensive market insights and enhancing candidate profile evaluations and messaging strategies. • Proactively engage with candidates using a LinkedIn Recruiter account, while sharing effective techniques within our collaborative team. • Accurately maintain our Talent Pool and Hiring Pipeline via Notion. • Conduct candidate interviews through Google Meet, independently managing your schedule prior to client proposals. • Collaborate with the marketing team by providing actionable feedback to optimize outreach efforts and marketing materials. Contract Details Initially, this position is commission-only until your first successful placement, transitioning to biweekly payments for a renewable 6-month term. Client: talent-cluster.com Work Commitment: 25 hours/week (5 hours/day, Monday to Friday) Biweekly Cap: 673 USD gross Milestone Objectives (Every 2 Weeks) Achieving full payment in each 2-week period requires you to meet the following benchmarks: - Talent Pool Enhancement: Upload candidate CVs to our internal Talent Pool with a minimum of 20 years of combined relevant experience. - LinkedIn Engagement: Achieve a minimum InMail response rate of 20% as indicated in LinkedIn Recruiter Reports. - Active Pipeline Management: Actively work on three or more open positions for at least 7 consecutive days during the milestone period. - Candidate Success: Ensure that at least one of your submitted candidates successfully passes the first client interview. ⚠️ Performance Expectations 1. Failure to meet expectations for three consecutive periods (6 weeks) leads to training status with a minimum commitment of 10 hours/week for up to 6 weeks. 2. Failure to meet expectations for six consecutive periods (3 months) will result in immediate termination of the contract. Payment Terms Compensation of 673 USD every two weeks, with the Upwork standard 10% fee and any payment fees covered by the service provider.
