What you´ll do
1. Develop competitive, sustainable and holistic pay philosophy and compensation strategy for Henkel.
2. Steer global fair pay initiatives and projects for Henkel. Ensure pay practices are commensurate with Henkel’s global people strategy and compliant with laws and regulations.
3. Define process for annual salary increase, including budget planning, distribution etc.
4. Design and manage the salary bands (salary structure) for Henkel management circle globally, propose new elements where needed.
5. Recommend and restructure processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with market trends and company strategy.
6. Prepare and align all communication strategies for relevant stakeholders related to Total Rewards initiatives and processes.
7. Advise on rewards related M&A due diligence and post deal integration matters.
8. Manage external rewards tools and resources, and build vendor relationships to bring-in market information to ensure rewards practices are competitive and fair.
