Our customers, who are leaders in their markets, benefit from decades of data science expertise infused into our industry solutions A Day in the Life of the Account Director, Professional Services: Oversee delivery on all our engagements, whilst supporting the Sales function, to a base of world-wide customers. This includes extensive customer engagement work covering pre-sales, onboarding of new customers, overseeing implementation projects, post go-live care and collaboration with product support team etc. The team also has to undertake activities to support successful system adoption by our customers; Define clear vision, organize tasks, identify outcomes and assign resources; Leverage internal PROS processes and protocols to resolve critical customer escalation issues and serve as the chief advocate for the customer internally at PROS; Closely collaborate with Customer Success teams on monitoring and facilitating the customer’s adoption of PROS solution features and functionality, making it possible for the solution to be well adopted and to bring the required value; Maintain working knowledge of each of the PROS B2B product and service offerings; Drive optimal performance from team members, including coaching and mentoring as required; Grow services’ revenues from our steady-state customers through the undertaking of training, best practice consulting and system health-checks; Understands key performance indicators, both operational and financial; Collaborating with peers on the Customer Success and Professional Services leadership teams to drive PROS overall performance and excellence. Required Qualifications – About you: We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills, and behaviors: 10 years of relevant software/SaaS professional services leadership experience; Proven experience with implementing enterprise solutions within a SaaS environment; A Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, math, or revenue management (or similar field of study) is required. A Master’s in business administration is preferred; Manage down, around and up with the same enthusiasm and without playing politics; Well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player; Process oriented and willing to follow and take ownership for enhancing organizational processes designed to ensure efficient, consistent customer relations; Self-starter and a problem-solver whilst being resourceful and pragmatic Willing to and enjoy travel up to 35-40% of the time (both domestic and international). Large account management experience; Growth stage understanding; Strong presentation/demonstration skills; Ability to manage high volume activates with varying priorities; Focus on expanding our solution footprint and business with existing customers; Acts to surpass post-sales goals; Takes action to lead the team to greater success.
