As General Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for:
* Advising on corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal matters related to renewable energy investments and operations.
* Drafting, reviewing and managing of agreements and other legal documents.
* Supporting M&A transactions, project financing, and contract negotiations.
* Overseeing corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
* Managing external legal advisors and liaising with regulatory authorities when needed.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex legal and business challenges.

For this role, ideally, you bring:
* Law degree.
* 5-10 years of legal experience in a leading law firm, corporate legal department, or similar setting.
* Background in corporate/commercial law, project financing, or public law.
* Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a strong plus.
* Hands-on, self-starter mentality with a problem-solving mindset.
* Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
* Spanish, Polish or Italian skills would be a strong plus.
