Key AccountabilitiesLead the development and execution of the change management strategy.Ensure that all people including senior leadership across the business truly understand how best to effectively and sustainably land change.Provide change management subject matter expertise advisory to all in the business.Direct and facilitate completion of change impact assessments, preparing the organization for effective change adoption.Collaborate with delivery resources to ensure change management activities are well planned, communicated and executed.Facilitate and support the development of comprehensive change plans at programme and project level to ensure maximum impact and successful delivery.Lead the continuous improvement of change management practices within the organisation.
