What you'll do
* Help the team in shaping and driving initiatives and projects related to strategy, organizational development, and transformation.
* Support the identification of future skills and accompany upskilling demand analyses.
* Assist and co-lead people development offerings and trainings. Find appropriate trainings internally and externally, support the development/conceptualization of tailormade trainings together with internal and external training providers, including commercial terms and conditions.
* Organize, prepare, host/moderate and post-process meetings/calls with internal and external stakehoders.
* Support the preparation and organization of global training delivery (e.g. setup sessions, prepare enrollment).
* Communicate with trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders.
* Support skill management reporting (e.g., feedback collection, monitoring of upskilling achievements).
What you bring
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Education, or similar.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
* Language skills: Fluent in English and German
* First project management experience
* Team player, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable
* Knowledge about latest trends in IT and experience with skill management/education will be an advantage.
Meet your team
You will join Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES), which is SAP’s global IT organization led by SAP’s Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO). IES transforms SAP into an Intelligent Enterprise and provides a digital workplace to all SAP employees. Within the IES organization, the IES Business Operations team is responsible for operationalizing the IT strategy in global programs, running all business and financial management processes, as well as accountable for employee and executive communications.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
