Our FSP Department is looking for a Site Contract Specialist based in Germany and responsible for the oversight and negotiation of site agreements for a variety of clinical trials. In this critical role, you will be in charge of the the end-to-end management of budgeting and contracting for Study Teams. This role is for upcoming future opportunities that may arise at Fortrea. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end process for executing Clinical Trial Agreements with investigator sites Prepare contract documents and negotiate financial and legal aspects of agreements with sites, Institutions or vendor personnel. Act as key liaison between sponsor, sites, legal teams and clinical operations. Identify bottlenecks in contract execution and propose solutions to enhance efficiency. Ensure contracts are executed in alignment with trial deliverables and priorities May support preparing invoices/payments due reports and managing, tracking and executing payments to investigator sites.
