The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility in the European market. This role requires a deep understanding of the small home appliance and smart home appliance industry, as well as extensive marketing experience in Europe. The person in this position will lead a team to conduct market research, set clear goals and performance indicators, manage brand activities across various channels, and collaborate with multiple departments to achieve business results. The person will also be responsible for developing and executing product marketing plans, conducting product launches and promotional activities, and working closely with the sales team to promote product adoption. QualificationsEducation /Background/Qualifications: Bachelor’s or above degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership role in the European market. Have rich brand promotion experience and have led the positioning, shaping, and dissemination activities of multiple brands in the European market. Have practical experience in market research and be able to independently design and execute market research projects. Have successfully planned and executed promotional activities for multiple marketing channels, including online and offline. Have in-depth understanding of the European marketing landscape, including consumer trends, cultural differences, and regulatory requirements. Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.Excellent leadership, cross cultural communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.Fluent and proficient in EnglishWillingness to travel as needed across Europe.
