Your tasks: Being the main point of contact for our key accounts Interface function between key accounts and internal stakeholders Customer analysis regarding future cooperations and identification of growth potentials Development of key accounts including business extensions and acquisition of new projects Organization of regular steering committees Your profile: Successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, business or similar fields several years of professional experience in Key Account Management and Sales, specifically in the CDMO and biologics industry deep understanding of business administration and a strong focus on numbers and data strong communication skills as, IT user and English language skills, German language skills are a nice-to-have structured way of working, strategic and analytical thinking as well as distinct assertiveness strong customer relationship management skills confident in presenting and moderating meetings as well as leading negotiations
