About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager/Sales Engineer East Europe (m/w/d) to drive our growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Boost sales revenue and achieve optimal sustainable pricing.
* Identify growth opportunities, delivering profits (>10% of net revenue).
* Provide concise market analysis and reports, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
* Differentiate our offerings through sustainability and innovation.
* Build strong, transparent communication within our global team and with clients.
* Engage with the supply chain of Automotive, HVAC, and other industries to explore new applications.
* Lead prospecting efforts, new application development, and expand into new industries.
* Offer expert technical support, including material recommendations and feasibility studies.
* Help clients bring future moulded parts into production with technical recommendations.
Requirements
* Technical knowledge is essential. Engineering studies or comparable industrial work experience is mandatory.
* Successful track record in selling high-value, specialized products.
* Technical competence in materials, moulding processes, and tooling; polymer technology knowledge is an advantage.
* Experience with Automotive or HVAC industries, especially at R&D levels, is advantageous.
* Fluent in English and any of the Eastern European languages (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian).
* Ready to travel up to 80%.
