Join us AML/KYC Remediation Analyst (m/f/d) 6 month contract At Moonfare, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated KYC/AML Remediation Analyst to join us on a 6-month contract. This critical role supports our compliance efforts, working directly with investors and influencing the success of a key remediation project. You will: Be the bridge between Moonfare and our investors, requesting and following up on AML/KYC documents with clarity and professionalism Take charge of the remediation process by tracking activities, identifying overdue responses, and driving corrective actions to completion Use our Admin Panel and Taina to validate and ensure the completeness and accuracy of investor documentation Play a critical role in maintaining compliance by ensuring all documents provided by investors meet AML/KYC standards Manage investor documentation efficiently by uploading it into our transfer’s agent platform and keeping our systems up to date Identify opportunities to streamline and optimise remediation workflows for greater efficiency Collaborate across teams to integrate operational processes and provide key support as part of the project’s success story The next Moonfarian: Has prior experience in KYC Operations and Account Management, with a good understanding of simplified due diligence Experience with enhanced due diligence is a plus Takes initiative and demonstrates ownership of their responsibilities Is motivated and delivers high performance in dynamic, fast-changing environments Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, even when performing repetitive tasks Has the ability to 'skill-up' and become effective quickly Builds long lasting rapport with stakeholders and maintains positive and professional relationships Is familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus), and ticketing systems Has excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply Our Values: Our clients come first, Moonfare comes second, and we prioritise ourselves third - Client-Centric Focus.
