Join us and make a difference as: Global Market Intelligence and Pricing Manager (f/m/d) location: Karlsruhe; Global Brand & Health Interest Strategy start date: 01.In this position you are responsible for driving the company’s efforts in understanding global market dynamics and building the market intelligence capabilities across the organization. At the same time, you will develop effective pricing frameworks, processes and strategies based on data-driven analyses and provide guidance on local adaptation, ensuring profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. Global Pricing Strategy & Analysis: • Pricing strategies: Develop and implement global pricing strategies by conducting comprehensive analyses of markets, competitors, and customers to optimize pricing, enhance revenue, and ensure market share growth. • Design and execute global pricing guidelines, processes, techniques and tools, ensuring performance-oriented and consistent approaches, while allowing flexibility for local adaptation. • International partnering: Act as the central pricing expert, supporting country management and overseeing the implementation of pricing projects to ensure alignment and price consistency across products, brands, and regions. Create and manage a global market intelligence framework, including streamlined processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ease and support strategic decision-making • Insights & Opportunities: Central hub: Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent application of market intelligence tools and methodologies, acting as the central point of contact for consumer and market intelligence. Bachelor and/or master’s degree in relevant discipline such as business, economics, mathematics or similar. • Ability to think holistically and long-term, integrating insights from market intelligence and pricing to support the overall business strategy. Excellent analytical and numerical skills paired with business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and recommendations. • Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of the new global function, with a hands-on and proactive approach. • Fluency in German and English.
