Reporting to the Head of Retail Development, the ideal candidate will ensure processes are efficient, standardized, and aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Head of Retail Development to draft, review, and refine retail operational procedures. • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations in the development of operational guidelines. • Assist in rolling out new procedures and training materials to retail teams. • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented procedures through audits and feedback collection. • Analyze current operational workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity. • Maintain organized documentation of all retail operational procedures and updates. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, marketing, and inventory management) to ensure seamless integration of processes. • Support the onboarding and training of store staff on new operational tools and protocols. About you • Proven experience in retail operations, process development, or a similar role. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems. • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail with a focus on process efficiency and compliance. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
