We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in Recruiting to support our People & Culture team in finding the best talent for FORMEL SKIN and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. In this role, you will be actively involved in the recruiting process, build talent pipelines, and help us optimize our processes. If you have initial experience in recruiting and a passion for talent acquisition, we look forward to meeting you Your Responsibilities: • Active Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Identify and attract suitable talent while building long-term talent pipelines. • Talent Pool & Candidate Management: Manage and review our talent pool, including unsolicited applications, alumni networks, and referrals. • Candidate Screening: Assist the recruiting team with pre-selection and initial assessments of applications. • Interview Coordination: organize on-site appointments, and ensure smooth processes. • Candidate Communication Optimization: Improve and maintain job descriptions, email templates, and other communication materials. • Onboarding Preparation: Handle contract creation and support with the onboarding process • Support for People & Culture Projects: Assist the People & Culture team with various initiatives as needed. What You Should Bring: • Structured Work Approach: You work in an organized manner, keep track of tasks, and set the right priorities. • Proactive Mindset: You take on challenges independently and bring in your own ideas. • Initial Recruiting Experience: Ideally you have worked with LinkedIn Recruiter and have insights into the hiring process. • Passion for Talent Acquisition & HR: You are interested in recruiting trends and eager to grow in this field. • Confident in Dealing with Senior Stakeholders: You can communicate professionally with C-level executives and other leadership figures. • Startup Experience is a Plus: Experience in a dynamic environment is beneficial.
