Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Supporting the International Data and Analytics department with development of warehouse management reporting and KPIs to realise transparency and improvement on both operational and strategic planes.
* Supporting master data integrity initiatives to ensure and improve data quality.
* Assuming a project lead role for assigned projects, which involves acting as the primary point of contact and driving project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Collaborating with ALDI stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs as well as translating these requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
* Collaborating with other subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify the necessary fields in Manhattan WMOS and SAP to be used in warehouse management reporting.
* Applying data-based insights from existing reporting tools to provide recommendations for cost and operational efficiency measurements.
* Implementing and participating in rigorous data validation and quality control processes through testing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data used in reporting and analytics.
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Degree or similar qualification with a focus on business administration or supply chain management
* Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau, with the ability to provide feedback and suggestions to other stakeholders
* Experience in logistics inbound, outbound or analytics processes
* Experienced in using MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence and Jira
* Affinity for numbers as well as diplomacy and analytical thinking skills
* Good communication skills when dealing with international stakeholders
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Desirable extras.
* Experience with WMS systems, process mgmt. and optimisation
