As a Senior Manager, Logistics u2013 Business Process Excellence (BPE), OUS at Stryker, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) leading critical global logistics initiatives with a focus on business process optimization across regions outside the United States. This standalone roleu2014without direct staff responsibilityu2014requires a strategic mindset, hands-on program leadership, and deep knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and 3PLM setup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones and drive impactful improvements in our global logistics footprint. This is a maternity leave cover role with the end date of 31.12.2025. What you will do: Lead and manage complex logistics programs across global regions (primarily O U.S.-based initiatives managed from OUS), ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery. Act as the SME for warehouse, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PLM) strategies, including setup and operational excellence. Design and implement business process improvements in logistics aligned with global and regional priorities. Partner with functional and regional stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and KPIs across multiple logistics programs. Analyze critical paths, resource allocations, and interdependencies; proactively address risks and roadblocks. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, quality plans, and risk mitigation strategies for logistics programs. Influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution of global logistics strategies. Support global transformation efforts through best-in-class program management practices and continuous improvement methodologies. What will you need: _Required:_ Bacheloru2019s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business-related field 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or program management roles, including global scope. Proven expertise in warehouse operations, distribution network design, and 3PLM implementation. Demonstrated experience leading logistics transformation projects or continuous improvement initiatives Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams. Strong project management and change management skills with a focus on business process excellence. High emotional intelligence, strong decision-making skills, and ability to thrive under pressure. _Preferred:_ Masteru2019s degree or MBA PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification Experience working in the medical device or healthcare industry Familiarity with U.S. logistics regulations and large-scale 3PL environments Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other advanced logistics and ERP systems Diversity is important to us.
