As a key player, youll work closely with the founders, Nicolas and Gaetan, to define our voice, anticipate trends, and ensure our brand becomes a household name. Your missions 1. Build and execute a winning strategy: Define global marketing and communication strategies that align with business objectives. Ensure the monthly reach of TOSSIT is achieved and that online sales volume grows consistently. Collaborate with the Ad team / Marketplace team to optimize caigns / listing and maximize their impact. 2. Lead a collaborative culture across teams: Ensure all teams communicate effectively and collaborate efficiently. Track the performance of country based content managers and provide actionable feedback. Be responsible for hiring and firing decisions, ensuring only the best talent joins or stays. 3. Oversee caigns and communication plans: Develop and implement comprehensive communication guidelines and caigns. Anticipate trends, seasons, and major events, ensuring preparation months in advance. Ensure all teams, including Sales and Ad departments, have the resources and materials they need to succeed. 4. Manage email & newsletter automation: Design and implement high performing email marketing and newsletter caigns. Engage subscribers regularly with creative, strategic content that converts. 5. Own team performance & accountability: Monitor and evaluate the performance of all marketing and content teams globally. Set clear objectives and provide tools for teams to meet and exceed their goals. 6. Work across projects: Take ownership of TOSSIT related initiatives and contribute to projects for sister companies, adding value wherever needed. Your profile Experience & skills: Proven leadership in marketing and communication roles, with measurable success. Strong experience managing and aligning cross functional teams. Expertise in email marketing, caign planning, and digital content strategy. Familiarity with performance tracking and analytics tools. Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory).
