Your Job
1. Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirements
2. Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
3. Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budget. Follow project methodologies – MR Essentials – as applicable.
4. Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
5. Effectively communicating plan, status, risks and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely manner
6. Supporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities
7. Provide traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests, tracking delivery of those requirements by the project team
8. Assist with business testing preparation and execution on project deliverables, ensuring the solution meets business expectations based upon approved project scope
9. Create appropriate level of product documentation (required for maintenance and support)
Your Profile
10. Several years of business analyst or related experience, ideally within IT or data related projects
11. Preferably, you are already ITIL certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
12. Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures
13. History of leading and supporting successful projects
14. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
15. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
