Your Responsibilities
* Database management: Perform comprehensive data maintenance and cleanup within the SAGE 100 database
* Data integration: Support the bidirectional integration of third-party applications and play a crucial role in the data migration to Workday
* Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and accuracy
* Training & documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for users, including finance and operations teams; create user guides and process documentation
* Data analysis: Generate exports for further analysis by our controlling department
* Optimisation: Provide recommendations for database improvements and optimizations to enhance system performance and user experience
Requirements
Qualifications
* Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, or a related field
* Technical expertise: Proficiency in SQL and data management, with experience in SAGE 100 software an advantage
* Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Communication & collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
* Organisation: Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
