Project Manager - Digitalization (m/f/d) - Smart Energy
As a project manager (m/f/d), with your passion for digital innovations, you design future-oriented projects from the first idea and sketch on the whiteboard to the go-live of the application in the company around the corner. You will transfer highly innovative topics and technologies into corporate practice. In your role, you continuously think outside the box, face a variety of challenges and develop our topics around the digitization of products and processes in a sustainable and future-oriented way. Together with our dynamic and motivated team, you will put new technologies into practical use.
What you do with us
1. You design and are responsible for innovative digitalization projects, coordinate our project activities and continuously align them with the state-of-the-art and market needs.
2. Together with our team, you will develop innovative solutions and applications for digital problems and accompany them on the way from the idea and first sketch on our whiteboard to go-life with project partners and customers.
3. You are significantly involved in the acquisition of new, forward-looking topics and projects into which you incorporate your own ideas for the future of digitalization.
4. You network with partners from research and practice, share your knowledge both internally and externally in workshops, webinars, conferences or in scientific publications.

10. You have strong communication skills in both German and English (fluent knowledge).
11. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in writing research proposals.
