Responsibilities: Rotate through various finance functions including General Ledger, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax and Treasury on a country, regional and worldwide level Engage in on-the-job training tailored for talented young finance professionals in a logistics background, providing a career entry point into international finance Develop an in-depth understanding of all finance functions within a condensed two-year timeframe, preparing for a leadership role in our finance department Work closely with teams across different regions to understand and manage financial risks and to strategize on financial optimization Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Candidates pursuing or intending to pursue a part-time MBA or Master's degree are highly encouraged to apply Proven interest in finance and eagerness to learn about various financial functions Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous, particularly in regions corresponding to the training locations.
