Samsung SDS Europe Germany is seeking for a SRM Lead, director level.
1. You lead the business development and adoption of our next-generationProcurement/SRM SaaS solution in collaboration with o9 solutions.
2. In this role, you will build the SRM team from the groundup, we are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit, experienced in SAAS environmentsto shape the success of their SRM solution, helping businesses revolutionizetheir SRM, especially procurement processes and achieve unprecedentedefficiency and growth.

4. The successful candidate has a blend of technicalexpertise, industry acumen, and outstanding communication skills to engage withprospective clients, understand their business needs and technicalrequirements, and effectively demonstrate how the SRM solution can addresstheir specific challenges around SRM.
5. The SRM Lead will collaborate with partners and actas a technical expert to support the entire sales process, thus it would behelpful to have working experience with SRM players such as Coupa, Ariba,Jaggaer, GEP, E2open or Ivalua.
6. The ability to connect technology with measurablebusiness value is critical and you should have a demonstrated ability to thinkstrategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
7. The responsibilities are to explore businessopportunities around SRM in targeted industries leveraging Samsung SDS’upcoming SRM solution, and to manage to make the contract happen withcustomers.
8. Based on partnership with o9 solutions, once anyneed for SRM is identified through o9’s sales team, the candidate will take thelead and oversee complex technical discussions with customers for bothpre-sales and post-sales support related to our SRM SaaS solution.
9. At the marketing events which SDS, Emro and o9 areplanning to attend or join, the candidate could present the strength andreference cases of SRM solution to potential customers, and articulatetechnical concepts to all audiences, including C-level executives andcustomers.
10. The candidate will work closely with customers tounderstand their requirements, scope projects and conduct productdemonstrations, also collaborate with the implementation of the projects andensure technical support during and after the implementation. In total, need toact as a trusted advisor by understating the customer’s long-term goals andjourney.
11. In the first and second year, the candidate willhave financial responsibilities around the number of reference cases intargeted industries and vertical, not with the volume of whole contract.
SKILLS,EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
12. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineeringpreferred or related degree required
13. +5 years of SaaS sales experience in technical salesor pre-sales roles within the SCM or SRM space
14. Strong background in business applications,preferably SCM and SRM
15. Strong Experience in SCM Planning preferred
16. Strong knowledge of the supplier management,procurement processes, and supply chain dynamics.
17. Excellent customer relationship management skills,including effective oral and written communications.
18. Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple andunderstandable manner.
19. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills,including ability to build clear observations, analysis and conclusions basedon customer interviews and data.
HOURSOF WORK:
40 hour week.Some weekend and evening work may be requiredfor emergencies and projects.
