Mxico D.F., MEX | Full Time SGI Global LLC is seeking fluent Spanish speaking a Receptionist to support the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in Mexico City, Mexico, which requires professional and administrative support services to work with the U.S. Foreign Assistance Program to Mexico. Responsibilities: The position is in Mexico City, Mexico. Acts as second receptionist, receiving visitors, official mail, and correspondence, and directing them to appropriate sections or INL Program Managers. Provides administrative support to the INL Director and Deputy Director and serves as back-up for the INL Office Management Specialist (OMS) and HR Assistant. Manages daily calendars, appointments, meeting room schedules, leave schedules, and liaises with logistics for transportation. Prepares travel authorizations and vouchers, reviews e-Country Clearance requests, maintains INL contacts in Salesforce/CRM, updates management products, and performs minor translations. Supports travel arrangements by making travel orders and amendments, processing EFT travel advances, arranging hotel reservations and rental cars, submitting "out of town" notifications, and coordinating official trips for the INL Director and Deputy Director. Maintains office supplies by ordering biweekly via ARIBA or submitting purchase requests for non-standard items and is responsible for receiving and accounting for supplies and packages. This includes coffee break supplies and preparation on an as needed basis. Coordinates with the Facilities Assistant on maintenance issues, follows up on service and procurement requests, liaises with security and janitorial contractors, and implements emergency procedures as needed. Qualifications: Mexican Citizen or Third Country National. Spanish FSI level 4/4. English FSI level 3/3. Bachelor's degree in international relations, social sciences, or business administration Two (2) years' experience in an administrative position within a professional setting. Ability to pass a security background check. Ability to deal effectively with senior U.S. and GOM officials. Experience in drafting and authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
