Make an impact by: Supporting Sales, Key Account Management & Leadership with financial expertise and insights. Challenge business assumptions and drive data-based decisions. Develop and refine Business Case models for profitability optimization. Analyse pricing, customer margins & sales strategies to ensure sustainable growth. Lead forecasting, budgeting & financial modelling to support business strategy. Develop KPI dashboards to enable transparent performance tracking. Own monthly reporting, variance analysis & performance tracking. Establish project controlling frameworks to optimize revenue streams. Identify and drive process improvements & automation for efficiency. Partner with C-Level, Sales Leadership & Business Lines to drive strategic decisions. Present clear financial insights & recommendations in an impactful way. Set standards for structured financial reporting & governance. Your profile: 5 years in Sales Controlling or Business Partnering in a fast-growing environment. Degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Sales & Pricing. Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing models & financial steering. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Proven experience in implementing data-driven management frameworks. Challenge-driven mindset – proactively supports Business Lines in decision-making. Ability to translate financial insights into clear business strategies. Strong stakeholder management with C-Level, Sales & Finance teams. Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills, experience with SAP, BI-Tools & CRM systems preferred. Strong data visualization & reporting capabilities. Fluent English and German.
