Your Impact You actively work with travel agencies by supporting them and identifying their needs You review and analyse agencies and markets to identify growth potential and create respective marketing strategies You perform research to support the market strategy and maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM You establish a firm understanding of travel agencies and maintain good relationships as a basis for further work by the Key Account Management You cooperate closely with all departments of the Commercial Division (Airline Business, Commercial Development & Analytics, Communications and Marketing), Second Level Support, Revenue Accounting and Service Desk About You You hold a Bachelor degree in tourism, business management or equivalent You have minimum of 5 years work experience in the aviation or travel agency industry It´s a great advantage for us when you are familiar with conventional GDS systems You possess excellent communication skills and are willing to learn You are able to work in a team, with strong self-organisation and time management skills You are a proactive person, taking initiative and effectively driving tasks to completion You are proficient with MS Office applications, especially with very good MS Excel skills You are business fluent in English and German, other languages are advantageous for us Curious?
