POSITION The Regional Sales Manager DACH, Benelux & Denmark will play a critical role in building and expanding OFI F&B Solutions across multiple sales channels in the region. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the F&B Solutions Business Head-Europe and play a crucial part in identifying and capturing new opportunities in savoury or sweet applications. You will Lead and drive the sales growth of Food & Beverage Solutions in the DACH, Benelux & Denmark region across all sales channels, including food manufacturers, QSR, Horeca, and private label. This role focuses on promoting and selling a portfolio of food ingredients, executing sales strategies to meet regional revenue targets, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional service to customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and lead regional sales strategies implementation across all sales channels. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, food distributors and retailers while collaborating with regional sales channels business development manager and Sweet & Savory category business lead to execute on the GTM strategy. • Work cross-functionally with product development, technical sales, supply chain, and operations teams to promote food ingredients solutions and ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. • Engage with marketing on road to market plans around trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent the company and promote its services. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations. • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for territory growth. • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations that could affect the business. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: • Extensive experience in food ingredients business development and sales leadership. • Strong skills in building and growing business relationships. • 10 years of sales experience in the food ingredients sector across multiple sales channels. • Established network of contacts within the Southern Europe region • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Open to travel: Travel 30-40% of your time to travel to clients.
