Job Title Commercial Policy & Pricing Manager (m/w/d) HS DACH Job Description Join the European Commercial Policy & Pricing Team (CP&P) as the Commercial Policy & Pricing Manager (m/w/d) for the Health Systems (HS) business in DACH. In this role, you will manage the regional Commercial & Pricing Policy, ensuring alignment with the global framework and European guidelines. You will act as the primary interface between diverse teams—sales, marketing, finance, and legal—working collaboratively to optimize pricing and distribution strategies. All this while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and adherence to the CP&P framework. Your role: General Acting as main CP&P contact for DACH leadership team and international stakeholders Price Setting & Price Execution Business partnering with sales team to develop quotes for deals, tenders, framework contracts and LSPs and to secure coherent application of discounting models. Supporting and executing optimization projects regarding processes and tools. Secure that the pricing reflects the customer’s strategic importance and their potential counter-performances for Philips. Always verify business opportunities integrally, by balancing equipment and service pricing. Applying annual indexations on Target Prices, but also on service contracts. Aligning actual Country Target Prices with international Business based on European corridor price setting. Price Governance Development and application of pricing approval flow for the different business scenarios (single deal, tender, framework contract, large deals etc.). Being the main stakeholder for price governance and price approval within a Zone and/or for a Business Great, if you have the following: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar Experience in similar commercial business partnering roles First experience in an international group Excellent organizational and analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable with tools & systems and advanced Excel skills with experience of scenario modelling. Eagerness to work with colleagues across European Market Ideally in-depth experience in the Health Systems industry: driven by a strong external focus understanding the industry and market dynamics. Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. Drives continuous improvement via applying LEAN methodology. Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results; collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English and German (French is beneficial) Philips benefits for you: The European CP&P team translates the business strategy into pricing models.
