Job Description
* Requirements analysis, design, and implementation of the SAP modules Service and Field Service, including concept development and customizing
* Ensuring the daily operation and stability of the SAP applications in the respective modules
* Ongoing analysis, support, optimization, further development, and documentation of business processes in close collaboration with the Service and Repair departments
* Management, planning, coordination, and implementation of application development within national and international projects
* Support, consulting, and training of SAP key users
* Supervision of interfaces to external subsystems such as CRM
* Planning and coordination of external service providers
Qualifications
* Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in leading and implementing projects in the SAP environment, ideally in the manufacturing industry, particularly in mechanical engineering
* Passion for modeling and optimizing sales and service processes
* Initial experience with SAP Service, SAP Field Service Management, SAP Customer Service, and SAP Sales & Distribution is an advantage
* Analytical thinking, conceptual strength, as well as a team-oriented and results-driven working style
* High willingness to learn, service orientation, assertiveness, and willingness to travel
* Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
