Join us The opportunities are endless – the choice is yours. What part will you play? In your role you will be responsible for the administrative and organizational support of the Advanta CEO & CFO. You take charge of planning, coordinating, and managing appointments with outstanding prioritization skills. You organize and oversee national and international business trips, meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing documents and managing travel expenses. You handle all logistics for business trips and events, such as booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and coordinating restaurant reservations and transfers. You communicate proactively and professionally via Teams, phone, and email with both internal and external stakeholders. You manage orders for services, events, and goods, including booking goods receipts and verifying invoices. You ensure seamless presentation follow-ups and maintain meticulous filing and document management in both digital and physical formats. You support the team with general secretarial tasks, such as coordinating office supplies, and provide coverage during colleagues' absences. You lead functionally the worldwide EA’s ADV network You foster collaboration in the global Advanta organization and act as role model for Siemens Advanta values: Dare to Dream, Love our Customers, Team Wins, Enjoy the Ride. Use your skills to move the world forward You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship in office communication, foreign languages, or hold a comparable qualification. With at least 5 years of professional experience in an international management support role, your expertise in navigating high-level environments is an asset. Additional experience is a plus. You bring solid skills in preparing professional presentations, organizing business appointments, and managing international communication seamlessly. Confident and professional, you excel in interactions with stakeholders at management level. Your proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with common administrative tools make you a reliable go-to for technical and organizational support. Organized and proactive, you thrive in independent and team-based work, maintaining focus and efficiency even in fast paced situations. Your command of German and English is outstanding, enabling you to communicate effectively across diverse settings. Familiarity with tools like TIME or SAP Concur comes naturally to you, adding an extra edge to your technical skills. Creative and solution-oriented, your excellent communication skills make you an effective problem-solver in any environment.
