Aufgabe Developing and aligning compensation objectives with the business strategy and global practices Supporting annual salary planning to ensure cost-effective and equitable salary changes including development of salary bands Supporting Total Rewards Strategy with focus on Executive Compensation, Short and Long Term Incentive Plans, Sales Incentives Providing guidance to regional HR representatives and to business leaders on compensation market / industry trends Ensuring cost-efficient and market-driven compensation procedures and standards across the organization Partnering with Finance and Controlling Qualifikation Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of in-depth professional experience in Compensation in an international company Exceptional analytical skills and ability for detail orientation without losing sight of the big picture.
