As Senior Sales Specialist Ultrasound Testing Machines (UTTM), you'll be involved in long-term sales planning and development to the overall sales strategy. As a trusted Sales Manager, you'll find joy in delivering successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, strong relationships and thorough business understanding.
As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure customer success.
2. Managing the complexity of the full sales life cycle to successful customer completion (project-based business).
3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and various levels of decision makers at customer sites to manage the complexity of the sales proposal.
4. Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
5. Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams.
6. Being responsible for selling Ultrasonic Testing Machines, services, or solutions to key customers within a geographic area.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
7. High experience in Commercial Sales with focus on negotiating and closing large and complex contractual agreements.
8. Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
9. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident presenting to a wide range of audiences.
10. Be able to speak fluent English.
11. Other European languages are a plus
12. Have experience providing innovative, adaptive technical solutions and support to customers.
13. Having NDT Ultrasound background is considered an advantage, but not a necessity, as relevant technical support will be provided by other functions of the business.
14. Be a strong team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment.
