The position We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Order, Admin & Operations Manager to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis (with an opportunity for extension or transition to permanent work). This role is essential in ensuring smooth business operations, order fulfilment, and administrative efficiency. It is a hybrid position, requiring at least three days in the office. Group: Nano Dimension Contribution: Key Responsibilities Administration & Office Management Process invoices and prepare them for payment (PR/PO) in SAP. Provide administrative support to the marketing team. Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth operations. Support the IT team with operational needs. Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and general administrative tasks. Order Management Process and prepare orders for delivery using SAP. Manage import/export operations, including spare parts, machines, and samples. Coordinate daily shipments from the office. Communicate with clients regarding orders, shipments, and inquiries. Monitor stock availability in the German warehouse. Issue and send invoices to clients. Oversee delivery logistics and ensure timely fulfilment. Track order-to-delivery processes in Salesforce and maintain accurate data records. Coordinate with the finance team on client transactions and internal financial processes. Operations Management Act as the key liaison for communication with our production partners on projects. Manage orders for new product batches. Develop, improve, and implement internal operational processes related to payments, ordering, and logistics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal coordination. Experience in import/export and logistics is a plus. Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
