Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
6. Provide leadership to develops strategies within the Market to win more Pouch Volumes
7. Support Sales team to create pipeline and select upfront right projects with high probability to win
8. Coordinate the creation of the most effective proposals to win in the market align between Markets and Pouch CoE
9. Be the expert of the solution in critical customers meeting
10. Facilitate the connection between Sales team and Pouch CoE
11. Keeps flow of communication with all functions to drive priorities
12. Give feedback of all functions and receive inputs from markets to develop right products
13. Create a successful team and develop talent for his succession in the future
Skills & Capabilities
14. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Masters degree in Engineering is a plus
15. Strong Pouch product and solution Demonstrated experience are an advantage
16. Past successes driving and managing change within a complex international, matrix organization
17. Experience with European Business
18. Outstanding team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers / silos
19. Experience with working in a matrix environment
20. Strong Influencing Skills, Team player
21. Business level language skills in English and German
22. Willingness to travel approximately 50%
