As "Head (m/f/d) of Global Quality" you are responsible for leading the development and execution of the global quality strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment across all functions, including design, supply, manufacturing, and customer-facing quality processes.
You lead the creation and maintenance of robust quality assurance frameworks for all products and processes.
You drive global initiatives to enhance product quality, optimize testing processes, and reduce defects and rework.
Moreover, you proactively identify risks related to product quality, safety, and compliance, and develop mitigation strategies.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Management within the electronics or automotive industry, with a strong preference for sensor technology.
Fluent in English
Proven experience leading global quality initiatives and managing quality teams across multiple regions and cultures.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
