We are looking for a working student to support our IT portfolio and data management activities. This role will focus on data collection, quality control, reporting, and coordination of small initiatives, contributing to a structured and well-management project environment. The ideal candidate should have advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to write macros and automate data processes to streamline reporting and analysis. What you will be responsible for As an IT Portfolio and Data Analyst you will Collect, organize, and ensure the quality of data to support IT initiatives. Develop and automate reports using Excel macros, VBA, and Power Query to integrate data from multiple sources. Create electronic forms and templates to improve efficiency and automate workflows. Track small initiatives and dependencies, following up with teams to ensure progress. Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards in Excel, SharePoint, and other tools. Assist in developing structured project plans, documentation, and process improvements. Support IT demos and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing. Help improve internal tools and reporting structures, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Education & Preferred Qualifications At least a 2nd year student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience or interest in data management, reporting, or automation. Familiarity with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus Additional requirements Must be able to balance academic responsibilities with work commitments, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a technology-driven and corporate environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Minimal travel may be required.
