As a Sales Manager Residential Storage, you’ll expand our product pipeline, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you’ll identify and acquire new customers, negotiate contracts, represent our brand at industry events, and collaborate closely with Business Development and Technical Service teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by sales success, we want to hear from you KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Drive the growth and development of our residential storage product pipeline to achieve individual and company sales targets. Identify, analyze, and acquire new customers in the residential storage segment while expanding relationships with existing accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular on-site visits. Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement. Maintain deep knowledge of both company and competitor storage product portfolios to position offerings effectively. Lead contract negotiations and prepare competitive proposals tailored to customer needs. Collaborate closely with Business Development and Technical Service teams to drive sales and ensure seamless customer support. Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular progress reports to sales management. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide reliable forecasts. Act as a key interface with order processing teams, ensuring smooth supply, delivery, and payments. COMPETENCIES Proactive, results-driven with a pragmatic mindset and strong sense of urgency. Hands-on approach, down-to-earth mentality, and ability to work autonomously under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, including executive management in an international environment. LANGUAGES Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus. LOCATION Germany Your backpack is filled with Degree in Engineering preferred; alternatively, a degree in Business Administration with experience in a technical field. Strong technical knowledge of energy storage products and solutions; previous experience in string inverter sales is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in the solar industry with an established network of local installers and EPC customers. Proven ability to develop and execute value-selling strategies and account penetration plans. Deep understanding of key stakeholders and interests across various solar market segments. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
