To support our rapidly expanding customer base in Germany, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Expert responsible for business with OEMs in Germany. Major Responsibilities: Ownership of accounts, identification, and realization of opportunities within the Automotive market. Execution of the Growth Strategy for OEM Automotive customers. Responsible for the success of OEM projects. Transparent alignment of key actions with stakeholders, including management and product owners. Participation in multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy, coordinating internal resources such as local field application & engineers, program management, and business unit staff for driving design wins. Driving the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, handling issue resolution, managing contract and pricing negotiations. Provision of value-added feedback on customer needs for management, business units, and customer service teams. Short- and long-term sales/revenue planning. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A result-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic Sales Manager with sales experience at Automotive OEMs in Europe. 5-7 years of experience in Tier-1 supplier sales, applications, or program management. Strong interpersonal skills, a team player capable of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, and strong learning ability. Preferred background in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions (Lidar/Camera/3D systems).
