Position Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team in Berlin. The main goals are to lead and optimise B2B performance campaigns, drive sustainable growth and increase lead income, and improve conversion rates through funnel optimisation and CRO strategies. Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and optimise B2B performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads (Google AdWords), and other relevant channels.
* Drive growth by increasing lead generation and optimising marketing funnels.
* Analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and apply data-driven decisions for continuous optimisation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Manage Google Tag Manager implementation and tracking for performance monitoring.
* Explore and manage affiliate B2B marketing partnerships.
* Lead and optimize B2B performance campaigns.
* Drive sustainable growth and increase lead income.
* Improve conversion rates through funnel optimization and CRO strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications
Must-Have:
o Advanced level English proficiency.
o 4+ years of experience in LinkedIn & Google AdWords Marketing.
o 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing & Affiliate B2B.
o Proven track record in managing social media platforms for B2B marketing.
o Proficiency in Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics.
o Excellent skills in Excel and analytics tools for performance reporting and insights.
Nice-to-Have:
o Background in the telecommunications sector or a similar industry.
o Knowledge of SQL for enhanced data analysis.
