We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) not only to join KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA – but also to become part of our lovely team of HR Business Partners.
This is a permanent role to be filled in full-time.
Your new place of work is at our HQ in Einbeck.
Your Tasks:
1. First contact person and interface to the supervised departments for HR topics
2. Proactive advice to managers to solve strategic and operational challenges and develop appropriate solutions
3. Advice and support with regard to performance management, succession planning, career paths, development opportunities or conflict resolution
4. Support of the department during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process
5. Ensuring the implementation of the KWS-wide HR strategy and deriving strategic measures for the departments supported
6. Interface management between the Centers of Expertise and the Service Center
7. Management of HR projects
Your Profile:
8. Academic degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, labour law or a comparable subject
9. Professional experience in HR, ideally in a globally operating company
10. Proven experience in collaboration with the workers’ council
11. Assertiveness paired with a high level of conflict-solving skills
12. Excellent communication skills with the right level of diplomacy
13. Sound knowledge of German labour law; proven professional experience in conducting works council negotiations
14. Ability to analyse HR key figures and derive appropriate measures from them
15. Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP and other relevant IT systems
16. Excellent command of both English and German
