We want you to:
* Creation of Brand Experiences Strategies to strengthen the BE across Europe, based on analyzed data (Status Quo and outlook), in territories like Sport, Music, Platforms etc.
* Works towards solutions, by identifying current and future challenges, making concrete proposals, and implementing measures or providing inputs for management decisions making.
* Work with Market Research data, latest trends, and the direction of the global Hyundai HQ
* Development of playbooks for internal and external stakeholder to achieve an uplift of the BE’s
* Support the Development of centralized concepts and the strategic long-term vision to strengthen the position of the brand
About you:
* At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Automotive industry Agency / Inhouse
* Experience in a multinational environment with different markets -can be Inhouse or Agency-
* Proven track record in conception and realization of strategic and tactical measures for brand positioning
* Strong analytical abilities and experience in interpreting market data
* Self-starter mentality with good understanding of business needs
