Your tasks
* Administrative Tasks:You will handle all aspects of personnel administration, including maintaining employee records and preparing monthly payroll in close collaboration with external service providers.
* Trusted HR contact person: You will be the trusted primary HR point of contact within the company and work closely with the management team. You will advise and support leadership on all HR-related issues, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and strategy.
* Recruiting & Employer Branding: You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from composing job ads to conducting interviews. Additionally, you will develop tailored strategies for employer branding and help position our company as an attractive employer.
* Employee Development & Organizational Development:You will design and implement employee development programs and drive continuous improvements in our organizational structure. You will work closely with leaders and department heads to align with the company’s strategy.
* Support for Leadership: You will be a trusted advisor for our leaders, providing support and guidance on all HR-related matters, from conflict resolution to performance reviews.
* Process Optimization:You will identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement efficient, sustainable solutions to optimize our HR strategies.
Your profile
* Education: You hold a degree, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: You bring at least 5 years of relevant HR management experience, preferably in a medium-sized company, ideally within the biotech or life sciences sector.
* Broad HR Expertise: You possess solid knowledge in all core HR areas, from administration and recruiting to employee development.
* Experience in Leadership and Consulting: You have experience collaborating with leadership teams and providing solution-oriented advice on HR issues.
* Independence and Organizational Skills:You work independently, with strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills and can interact confidently and professionally at all organizational levels.
* Commitment to Continuous Improvement:You are motivated to improve processes and contribute fresh ideas to further develop the HR strategy.
* Knowledge of German Employment Law:You have a thorough understanding of German employment law, social security regulations, payroll practices, and the German tax system.
* Language Skills: You are fluent in both German and English, enabling you to effectively communicate in a bilingual environment.
* Software Proficiency: Experience with Personio or similar HR software is highly desirable.
