Your assignments In your new role, you will manage the ServiceNow business applications product ownership for non-IT modules e.g., SPM/PPM, HRSD, AppEngine, and others. You'll design and/or review ServiceNow-related solution proposals and cost estimates and oversee the delivery of ServiceNow projects throughout their lifecycle (e.g., project setup, requirements engineering, solution design, estimation, planning, testing, and status reporting). While managing projects, you'll coordinate with external vendors and business stakeholders and provide your team with a clear sense of direction and motivation. Additionally, you will be responsible for operational stability and SLS/TLS for business applications with 3rd party supplier. Furthermore, you will align processes with ServiceNow platform owner and coordinate activities with external suppliers. Your profile Ideally a successful completed degree with a strong emphasis on IT Technical / hands-on background expertise in ServiceNow (Developer, Architect or technical PM) In-depth knowledge of the architecture, products, and modules of ServiceNow (e.g. Platform, AppEngine, HRSD, and others) and licensing (beyond ITSM module) e.g. knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow Employee Centre, building workflows and processes, capturing input by forms, modeling & storing data, using interfaces, a ServiceNow certification is beneficial Proven track record of managing teams, including offshore and remote members Experience with project management methodologies (agile & classic), certification is beneficial, and in engineering, structuring and documentation of requirements Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (business fluent), additional German language skills are an asset; proficiency with office software (MS Office, Confluence, Jira) Strong vendor management and business stakeholder management expertise, as well as advanced reporting skills Do you thrive in a company that never stands still?
