About the Role:
As a Team lead you will play a critical role in creating and managing a competitive team to ensure Inside sales operations run smoothly with focus on digital tool usage. A solution-oriented individual with Can-Do attitude to accept challenges with high sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a Team: To create & manage a competent, can do, result oriented team with quality customer service towards customers and a strong support team to our sales.
* Customer Relationship Management: Manage a team to support with portfolio of customers, and monitoring team to deliver service-related topic smoothly. Also participate in customer visits, attend exhibitions.
* Quotation Management: Implement and follow price guidance for create and manage quotations/ re-quotations to customers.
* CRM and Digital Tools Implementation: Use and implementation of CRM, other tools like WIMM usage for Inside sales related activities, KPIs with team.
* Order Processing Performance: Check, process, and confirm customer orders using SAP, ensuring compliance with delivery specifications and company guidelines.
* Order Management & Inventory Management: Crucial order delay escalation with mill and leading customer communications in case of the escalations. Leading the month and quarter maximizing invoicing activity for Finished goods inventories.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with:
* Ready to lead a team: Able to challenge and accept challenge with ability to lead a team.
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of materials and production processes, with experience in SAP for customer account management.
* Commercial Insight: Experience with customer quotations, project management, and Strong aptitude and skills for handling commercial topics.
* Digital Competency: Strong digital skills and interest in tools like CRM, skills in MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and other tools for efficient order management.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (additional language know-how is a plus so please specify in resume).
This position is based in Germany and with residence near Krefeld. The reporting will be directly to the Head of Inside Sales, Sales Europe, Advanced Materials.
