1. Managing IT systems, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, etc.
2. Administration and development of the SAN infrastructure
3. Ensuring streamlined operation of the PharmaLex IT systems
4. Review, categorization and prioritization of IT tickets from Cencora PharmaLex staff
5. Coordination and tracking of ticket resolution
6. IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation
7. Close collaboration with Team Leader IT and decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization
8. Contributions to the design of IT operations and service functions and processes
9. Administration of connections to customer systems
10. Backup administrator role - Configuring, managing and monitoring of backup solutions, keeping track of backup job results, reporting of backup issues
11. Keeping track of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
12. Standardization, management and expansion of the software tool portfolio
13. Management and optimization of licenses
14. Lifecycle management for hardware and software
15. Performing trainings on IT-related SOPs and WIs
16. Ensuring compliance with IT security requirements
17. Contributions to the maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System
Your Profile
IT Skills and Experience
18. At least 10 years relevant work experience, at least partly in a small-and-medium-enterprise environment
19. Fluent in German and English
20. Technical hands-on Know How in PLx key technologies
21. Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server
22. Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Entra ID
23. Network - Routing - Firewall
24. IT Security
25. Server virtualization - VMWare
26. Practical knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL)
27. Overview of current IT infrastructure issues and solutions
28. Experience in the cooperation with IT service providers
