Join Group People and Culture in the German Desk as a dedicated HR Coordinator and work in a dynamic and international Group HR function. Group People and Culture is responsible for the development and implementation of HR initiatives worldwide. The German Desk works closely with the Operating Entities (OEs) of Allianz in Germany and the Board of Management of Allianz Germany. As part of the German Desk, you will contribute to the successful implementation and execution of HR processes across the Allianz Deutschland Group and Allianz SE, including talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning. How can you make an impact? You will: Support the Head of German Desk in the execution of various HR projects and implementation of HR transformations in collaboration with HR Directors, Senior HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders Organize and lead various decision formats to ensure consistent run and change projects across Allianz Germany and smooth implementation and communication Create professional presentations and communications for top management and internal events Plan and manage the Allianz Deutschland change budget in alignment with the project managers, HR directors and finance Monitor project risks and opportunities, conduct regular progress reviews and implement corrective actions as required Perform ad hoc tasks as required and assist in the organization of departmental events What are you made of? University degree in economics, human resources, law or a related field At least two years of professional experience, preferably experience in an HR field Solid project management skills, including communication with senior stakeholders, resource management and risk management Strong analytical skills and very good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Fluency in written and spoken German and English High service orientation and problem solving mentality and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus Do we have what you need?
