The role belongs to The Product Development Department: The Product Development Department is responsible for planning stationery product lines and has a deep understanding of user preferences, focusing on the front-end market. Candidates should have experience with the European stationery brand market and a good understanding of proprietary brands. Understanding the market characteristics and layout of competitors is crucial. Candidates with rich experience in leading other stationery market brands to successfully enter the European and American markets are preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. International product line management
2. International product planning and development
3. Product visual management of different brands or categories
4. Set up global product management platform and system
5. Manage regional product teams and regional product planning
6. Strong R&D team support for implementation
Requirements:
1. More than 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in the stationery industry
2. Rich experience with well-known stationery companies
3. Multi-position experience in product, marketing, and branding
4. Multi-country experience and vision
5. Experience in complicated category management
6. Fluent in English
7. Willingness to be based in the US or Europe
