Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Operations Finance Manager (m/f) Position overview: Reporting directly to our CFO and being part of our Finance Management Team, you will lead and mentor our finance operations teams (13 FTE), which covers clients finance operations (invoicing controls & cash collection) as well as treasury management. Your role: Clients Finance Operations: Maintain effective processes and systems to guarantee the compliance of our invoices with laws & regulation, including VAT, while improving our efficiency through continuous improvement plans; Optimize resources management in order to comply with our closing deadlines. Cash collection: Develop strategies & processes to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO); Propose & implement short term action plans to key stakeholders (partners); Monitor and report on collection performance. Cash management: Manage relationship with banks; Oversee the day to day cash flow operations and ensure efficient liquidity management; Provide regular reports on cash position and cash flow forecasts to senior management; Define financing needs and negotiate credit lines / loans / leasing with financial institutions; Assess and mitigate risks related to liquidity, foreign exchange, and credit exposure; Perform in depth financial analysis to support decision making related to treasury. Your profile: Masters degree in Finance; 5+ years of experience in finance; Wide financial culture; You have a very good command of billing processes and collection best practices; You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills; You are result driven and use to work with ambitious but reachable targets; You have proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role; You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Power BI is a plus; You have a perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written.
