Position Responsibilities:
* Market Strategy & Expansion: Develop and execute long-term growth strategies to strengthen Weider's position in the retail and private label sports nutrition sectors, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
* Business Model Innovation: Drive the creation and implementation of innovative sales channels, identify strategic partnerships, and expand into untapped markets within retail and private label industries.
* Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing partners in retail and private label, ensuring sustained and profitable collaborations.
* Negotiation & Contractual Agreements: Lead negotiations with retail and private label partners, ensuring favorable terms and overseeing contract management.
* Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
* Sales Performance Optimization: Define and monitor KPIs, evaluate sales performance, and provide actionable insights to drive business results.
* Collaborative Product Alignment: Partner with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align seamlessly with product and brand goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in strategic sales or business development, ideally within the FMCG or retail sectors. Experience in the sports nutrition or fitness products industry is highly desirable.
* Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the German retail and private label markets, with the ability to navigate their unique dynamics.
* Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities paired with strategic thinking to drive informed business decisions.
* Sales Performance Proficiency: Solid expertise in sales controlling, KPI management, and delivering results-oriented strategies.
* Negotiation Excellence: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and secure advantageous agreements.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global setting.
