We are looking for an HR Manager for a globally leading industrial manufacturing company, for their headquarters near Frankfurt. In this role, you will lead a small team and collaborate closely with the Plant Manager and the Head of HR.
Plant HR Manager (m/f/d) – Frankfurt
Responsibilites
1. Develop strategic and operational HR processes and structures.
2. Support and implement organizational, procedural, and personnel changes.
3. Act as a sparring partner and advisor to the management on all things HR and employment law.
4. Cooperate closely and maintain a trusting relationship with the works council.
5. Budgeting, personnel, and cost planning across the plant.
6. Determine and monitor HR specific key figures.
7. Collect data to develop and determine key performance idicators (KPIs).
8. Personnel management of HRBPs, generalists, apprentices.
Profile
9. Degree in business administration or law, with a focus on labour law, human resources management or comparable.
10. 5-10 years of professional experience in operational and strategic HR, ideally in an industrial environment.
11. Experience with works council.
12. Leadership experience in a matrix environment is beneficial.
13. Knowledge of MS Office, SAP SuccessFactors beneficial.
14. Fluent in German & English.
